The God Of Mediocrity

Up above are my charts from LAST.FM. The "recently listened to" should update IF I'm listening to music. If not, that means I'm not online and/or listening to music. What can I say about myself? I'm heavily into computers, video games, and technology. I consider myself to be an amateur ghost hunter, and love visiting "haunted" places. I'm not very adventurous, and would prefer to be playing video games or reading rather than going out and "living life to the fullest". I have just about every new gaming system there is except for the PSP (which I refuse to buy). I'm kind of a nerd. Okay, I'm a huge nerd I'm also a pagan, as far as religion/spirituality is concerned, despite being raised as a Catholic. I was one of those dorks who used to spend all night playing AD&D with his friends, eating crappy junk food and impersonating bad TV personas. Yeah, I was *that* guy. OH, who am I kidding? I'm STILL "that guy". I'm also part of a bowling league which I play in every year. Music is a huge part of my life, and I own a synthesizer / workstation that I like to mess around with every once in a while. I mainly listen to Metal (black, goth, death, etc), Industrial (coldwave, darkwave, ebm, futurepop, etc), some alternative, and classical. I just can't stand rap, hip hop or club music.... or any of that bubblegum pop crap that shows like American Idol promote. Stuff I'm really into:
Books (mostly science fiction, horror, fantasy,and some mystery), Writing, Cooking (mostly German, Italian, and Southwestern), VIDEO GAMES (ha, can't emphasize that enough), XBOX 360,PS2, PS3, Wii, Role-Playing Games (the video game and pen and paper kind), Adventure games, First Person Shooters, Survival Horror, Computers, Technology, Bowling, Graphic Design, Dreams, Digital Art, Music, Sleeping, Paranormal, Anime, Ghost Hunting, Aliens, Stars, Astrology, Astronomy, Tarot, Witchcraft, Paganism, Magick, Cats, Animal Rights, and some other stuff...

A few little known facts about me:
- I tend to hold onto the past. I find myself thinking about things that happened to me up to 10 years ago.
- I usually know whether or not a person is worth my time within 10 minutes of talking to them. I'm judgemental like that. Actually, I'm just a good judge of character
- I HATE MUSHROOMS! With a passion that could stoke the fires of hell for an eternity.
- I'm a meat eater and I'm proud of it. I didn't climb to the top of the food chain to strictly eat plants. However, I don't fault vegetarians for their way of life. Unless they're hippies. Then all bets are off.
- I have a very high tolerance for alcohol and can drink just about anyone under the table.
- I'm a goofy drunk.
- I adore cats and plan on being the creepy old guy with 500 cats that lives down the street one day.
- I tend to fall "in like" easily, and often... however, more often than not, I don't do anything about it.
- I'm very proud of my german heritage. That does NOT make me a nazi. I also love the sound of the german language, hence why I took the time to learn how to speak / write it.
- I suffer from severe clinical depression and anxiety. I am also schizoid and I have borderline personality disorder.
- I have a self-deprecating sense of humor.
- My humor is usually very black and twisted.
- I'm VERY sarcastic, witty, and playfully mean... especially to those I like. To those I don't like... you don't wanna know.
- People with no sense of humor or a dry sense of humor tend to get on my nerves.
- I HATE RAP / HIP HOP / CLUB MUSIC!!!!! (ok, so that isn't so "little known" seeing as how I make it a habit to show my hatred for these types of music when and wherever possible)
- I have a "thing" for nerdy girls. Actually, I am attracted to nerdy people in general.
- I used to be a pretty heavy "cutter"
- I never stay on good terms with ex's, and would prefer they hate me rather than try to be my friend afterwards.
- I tend to get along best with unstable people or people with "emotional imbalances".
- I usually lower people's standards... of everything.

I left that shit behind in high school, and I prefer it stays that way. Also,don't add me if you're just going to add me then not talk to me. Otherwise, I'll just end up deleting you. The only exception would be bands. But, if I'm going to add your band, I better like your music. Also, I know I said this before... but I don't want to join your porn site or see promos of your half naked pictures. So, if that's the case, don't bother.
