If you dont like friend request spam...

Then there is a new privacy setting for you! Go have a look at the settings page -> My Profile / Settings.

Its called: "A user has to contact you (send message or comment) before he/she can send a friend request"

And basically means that any user who wants to be your friend has to at least try to communicate with you before he or she tries to add you. I think many of you will like this. I do.
