even with the Quagmire swollen cheek and really irritated left
eye, I took a cab down to Stubb's and made a line straight to
the beer stand. My head felt like it was cracking slowly so I figured this would
calm it a while.

Meet up with my best friend and bandmate,
Jose.

First band came on. The Annuals.

I've seen this act before. its called the Arcade Fire &
they do it best. That and this band used slide whistles! I'm pretty restless
[bored] so I venture out back for more Tecate's while
Jose stays to snap shots of it all.

Its starting to
sprinkle. Marcy & Nicole say hi on their way in.
Rain
now. They run for shelter and I walk for beers.
Strolling in the
rain was a stupid idea. I was already sick.

We're standing in a
puddle and my back is soaked when Stubb's announces
Blonde Redhead isn't going on.
On the way out, crash into
Cristina and her girls. We want to go to Casino el
Camino, they're heading to Emo's.

We all ended
up at Beauty Bar.

Nothing of interest happened here
except that those show dodgers, Blonde Redhead, showed up there
as well. Jose got kicked out for [?] Saw one of the exes when I
was wayyy past the line & looking like shit. Hey, even the Mona Lisa's
falling apart.
