I might be moving to Finland in march! :D

Yeah, I applied for a job as an au pair in Espoo, Finland. That's totally awesome! I got an answer yesterday from the family and they said that I certainly seemed like a person that would fit in their family. Sounds promising right?

The good thing is that this family is swedish-finnish so I won't have to speak english or anything. Of course I'll take finnish lessons, it's required. But I don't mind, I really want to know the finnish language, it's beautiful.

Omg! I almost can't believe it! I might be moving to Finland, I mean, that's a huge dream for me. Gaaah! Gotta go calm down.
Apulanta!

Ok, if you haven't heard them yet you definitaly got to listen to them! They are totally awesome and my absolute favorite band ever! My apologies to bands such as The 69 Eyes and Marilyn Manson, you've been beaten! Apulanta is my fav band and has been since 2002! I absolutely love them and I can't wait to go see them live in Finland! Hopefully that'll be next year, they'll prolly play on Ruisrock again or any other finnish rock festival, they have a few over there so.

I know Apulanta almost only have finnish lyrics. But they do have two english albums and there are translations of most of the songs on http://lirama.net/artist/4215. Even though I don't understand most of what Toni Wirtanen sings I have to say that their lyrics are so goddamn awesome. Specially songs like 'Jumala' and 'Viisaus ei asu meissä'. I'll give you a little looksie on what their lyrics look like:

Falling by Apulanta

Been so long since last time you found something to adore
Your eyes seen too much dirt you just don't want to care no more

I know you must be afraid of someone finding out
That there's a breach in your defence

Falling out of the world you belong in
And you can scream 'cause there's no-one to hear you anyway
Hiding is easier when you're lying
Now is the time when you must run like no-one's run before

Darkness never comes alone to greet you in the night
She brings you all the pain and all the tears you try to hide

I know that you don't want anyone to find out
How wounds inside of you will bleed

Falling out of the world you belong in
And you can scream 'cause there's no-one to hear you anyway
Hiding is easier when you're lying
Now is the time when you must run like no-one's run before

I know that you're afraid of someone finding out
How wounds inside of you won't heal

And a huge plus is that the singer, Toni, is so goddamn hot. What is it with all these finnish boys? Why do they look so good? I mean, think about it. Jussi, Jyrki, Ville? They are all so hot! And they are all finnish! Man, I wonder why I've never been over to that country. I totally have to go there, I mean, I sort of live next door anyway. Oh well, gotta go to the super market, yay!

The Arvika Festival!

I'm going there in only two days!! It'll be totally awesome! And I'll see The 69 Eyes live! I couldn't be happier at the moment. It'll be so cool to sing along to Frankenhooker! *goes crazy*

Uhm, ok. What else is new? I'm getting another tattoo in a couple of months. An ankh (how obvious ). I'm getting it behind my ear on the neck. It'll be so great.

I'm totally thinking about picking up my drum sticks again. I took a drumming course like 3 years ago or something. And I miss it sort of I guess. I ended the course cus it became too expensive to keep on and I can't afford my own drum set yet. I'll prolly earn some money this fall so I might be able to buy one second hand or so. Would be awesome. I mean, I spent a lot of money on the course and why let all my knowledge run out in the sand? That's not really necessary. So I'll buy a drum set eventually and pick up the drumming. Who knows? In a far away future I might be the drummer in your favorite band!

I so want to go to Ruisrock in Finland this year! So many awesome bands are playing, among them In Flames, Sonic Syndicate and Deathstars. But the band I really really really wanna see is APULANTA! That's an awesome finnish band. They sing only in finnish and I don't get a word, lol. But I like that language and I understand a few words. And since I listen to it I'll prolly learn a few more. And I can always watch Uutiset, news in finnish. I live in Sweden and a lot of finns immigrated here around the second world war. So, we have news in finnish, lol. And some children programs. Well, it's fun to watch and learn a new language.
Anywho, out to smoke. Then to bed.
