Chelsea Scott
Chelsea Starr (Chelsea Scott) was born on January 31, 1991 in Tampa, FL to Micheal A. Scott and Kayla LeCroix-Scott. She later moved to Franklin, TN where she now resides. She has been singing since the age of 2 and writing songs since the age of 4. Her debut album, "Starr Unknown", will be release in early 2009. It is produced by her father, Micheal A. Scott and her uncle, Ethan Scott.
