Went to Voodoo Fest a few days ago and got to see some awesome new bands along with a ton of legends. Smashing Pumpkins, Sinead O'Connor, Rage Against The Machine, Ben Harper, Trombone Shorty, Mute Math, Galactic, Kings of Leon, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, LUX, The Black Crows and a good bit more. Make a note to check out Mute Math and LUX, if you haven't already and have some time, by the way. I'd never heard of either of them before but they both blew me away. Not sure if the studio versions of their stuff stacks up to the live show (Mute Math's drummer had to duct tape his headphones on his head !!), but I'd give them a chance. LUX is pretty small-time, too, I think, so you might have a hard time finding them. Either way, be on the lookout. Thought you might like them.

Oh, I'll have some video recordings of most of the bands I got to check out sometime in the next few days. Waiting on my bud to bring back his laptop so I can get them back. I'll send you a link when I get them all together.

I heard some of your music a few nights ago when Joe was listening to it. Didn't know you had anything up yet. What I heard sounds great man, love to hear more. If you get a chance do you think you could send me some? I'd like to be able to take it with me so i can listen on my iPod when I've got more time. I'll catch up with you later. Later, love you man.

Hey man. I just posted a ton of pictures from my trip to Chicago on my Imageshack gallery. Going to be putting up some video of a few friends of mine and I jamming on my website in the next few days, too. Oh, so what do you think of the new Smashing Pumpkins? Had a chance to hear it all yet?

Awesome man. Joe hasn't gotten back with me yet but I'm reasonably sure he'll join up. If I can ever get him when he's got some free time we might actually finish some music together.
