Loneliness

She's not perfect, she's not right, she's not ok
She's not everything you want her to be
Her feelings can't be controlled
Why can't she do anything right for anybody?
Can't you understand that?
Oh, can't you understand?
Her dreams have been broken to many times
Is anybody listening?
Is anybody listening?
Is anybody listening at all?
Why can't you people let her live
They torture her, they hurt her at school
Everywhere she goes, she cries, cries, cries....
Her mama is the only friend she's got
She tried to kill herself many times before
There's been lies and secrets for generations
Warnings have been told
Her loneliness is killing her
Nobody seems to care
The truth has been weakening her
What can she do?
The loneliness will forever stay
But is there help for this young woman?
Any hope at all?
People say things, people throw things
Why would they do such a thing?
