Hard edged electronic music from writer/musicians Mouse and M.J. Langley. Bringing diverse influences to the production process, Dirty Fire Project's tracks include dark-chill ambience and pacey breaks with an industrial sound.
With experience ranging from soundtracking and studio production to DJ-ing and having an ear for good breaks, things are now moving fast for dFp after their first EP "Too Many Teeth" was released via Xynthetic Records last year.
Mouse has recently been involved with a remix project with Phylum Sinter and will be starting the new Dirty Fire Project EP in the next few weeks. With a working title of "Breaking The Robot" expect more strong, dark electronic breaks. Release date should hopefully be Summer 2008. Mouse will be setting up a development blog to keep him on his toes.
Dirty Fire Project's debut EP is now available as a free digital download from Xynthetic Records
and we'll be posting news about when new tracks are available.
