DjazNo's (aka Lanny) interest in music started in his twenties and picked up with the acoustic guitar. Later I turned over to the Bass because of my large hands 'just joking :-) The Bass is my thing because low is my thing and together with the Drums this combination will create a steady foundation for any type of music! I am a grooveman...some call it a groove thing! well for me it's no fancy stuff, just gimme some Groove and lets shake 'n roll! My roots is a combination of traditional Suriname music, Blues, Rock, Jazz, Funk and Reggae. I do keep track of the more modern and electronic stuff like Hip-Hop,R&B, Techno, Dance and World music. I'm a freelance Bass player offering my skills to dedicated musicians with an also wide variety of styles. To round this up I also do productions for many electronic music genres. Stay cool & keep the groove alive!
