  So, a quick explanation for those who don't know and are curious.

What is bocking??

The use of stilts with a leaf spring running down from the calf to the hoof to run, jump, summersault  and generally have fun on!

You've probably seen them on the zurich bank advert or a couple of weeks ago on some saturday night talent show (I forget what it's called, I saw it on youtube.) and more recently on blue peter.

Anyway, that's my new hobby, I now own a pair and sooner or later I'll describe how much agony I'm in when I REALLY hurt myself (unlike last week when I just stretched the ligament in my knee.)
