What was it about? Well...I was put into different rooms, filled with lovely warm colors but felt really cold. In one room (a locker room) I sat down on a bench because I felt so cold even with the sun shining on the floor. A boy sat down beside me (who I thought I knew). He was bouncing a white ball - the only thing devoid of color in the room. As I watched the ball bouncing I heard his voice saying to me "find your truth". Over and over again, "find your truth". When I went to look into his eyes, I was blinded by light - and woke up!
Make of it what you will. I have very few vivid dreams. The last time, I had to get up and do a drawing. As I had to go to work, I had no time to do a drawing but during the day I reflected on what it could me. Well: A ball devoid of color - a plaything that has not been played with. Rooms of color but feeling cold - something I wish for but have not yet gained. A young boy telling me to "find your truth" - Myself, with a chance to recapture wisdom and find my true self and paint the colors that I see but do not feel yet. Will do a painting when I get time.
Do you try and understand your dreams?

I rarely recall my dreams, although I know I regularly have them. I've had dreams that were so powerful that I've truly been unable to work out if they were real for a long while. I still don't know whether some were real or not. I've had a few different themes and scenarios that recurred in my dreams, in my late teens I believe it was. I think the 'dream world' is an amazing insight into the psyche, perhaps even the soul. I'm glad you're going to take a constructive approach towards understanding your dream.
