I bought a day planner. Haven't had one of those since high school. But I think it might help me set realistic short term goals, and maybe even start a real scheduled existence. At least for as long as I am in canada, lol. When I am outside the country...all is fair game.
So I want to start going to the gym. Which means I need to find someone to go with. It's not even necessarily the gym, the pool would be just as effective. But I am thinking that maybe I should start swimming laps to build up the muscles I need for surfing, so the next time I go I can, you know, actually surf. Cuz...upper body strength of a wet noodle + surfing = not so much. Maybe I'll see if Chris is still going to Oak Bay once a week. That might be good, cuz it's once a week I can actually swim laps and use the gym.
Now I can't help but wonder how long this motivation will last...
Also I think I might try to reduce the carbs in my diet. But that's coincidental really.
