Suggestion: Comment box above the comments.

The comment box on a users page is located all the way down towards the bottom. Some people are beginning to realize they can use the Biography section for some hefty data and that will make for some lengthy pages. Is is possible to get the comment box placed above the posted comments. Perhaps in a pan down fashion. You click add comment and the box slides out? I am not web 2.0 savvy so forgive the lack of proper lingo.
