probs with tag editing

To be fair, this could be a result of my retardedness, but I'm trying to edit my friends tags, and it's just not having it at all.  It says tells me it's saved the changes I've made, but it hasn't at all.  It wont let me move friends into a different folder, and then shouts at me for submitting the same information twice, even though it's not showing the changes in the first place!
