The early morning sun hitting the top of the Lutheran Cathedral in Helsinki. The colours are all washed out on the digital version - I need to learn how to transfer images to the computer, I really do!

    Light is always best at dawn and dusk....which is why I have done so many shoots at stupid o'clock in the morning....winter in Helsinki is fine though - dawn being at around 9am....I just wish this shot looked like it does on paper....rich vivid blues and the cathedral looking a rich pinky-orange colour.

    As much as early mornings are not fun, you do seem to get better pics at that time of day. Another beautiful shot.
