My pals the statues (myspace.com/statues ; statues.ca) are playing the Sunday of the Fucked Up Weekend.  I wouldn't post this but they are actually a really good band, playing instantly likable songs influenced by power pop of old.  Their album New People Make Us Nervous is one of the best Canadian albums of last year.  Check their MySpace page until I can get those fuckers on trig.
