JONNY ON THE ROCKS is currently seeking Management and Representation....
In Toronto the unlikely combo of a Hip-Hop DJ and an irreverent punk rocker spawned a musical love child known as Jonny On The Rocks. Adriano and Jonny's "diverse" influences include Curtis Mayfield, Nirvana, Prince, and the Beastie Boys.Local venues and a team of producers at the world renowned studio "the Hive", was an environment where Jonny On The Rocks grew tremendously, though soon, needed a change. After a stint on The Warped Tour, they decided Toronto was at a stand still and needed a place to stretch their legs.
Enter New York City . Smog, dirt, crime, and chaos- it was perfect for the duality of what is Adriano Morez and Jonny Simone. Knowing that NYC would eat a person alive, Jonny On The Rocks wasted no time recording a 7 song demo in two long days fueled by fresh fruit and Red Stripe. In this process Adriano and Jonny admitted a new member to the group, David Aaron. Shortly afterwards, Jonny On The Rocks had played every disgusting, dirty bar throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn gatherings fans and a few hangovers along the way. Jonny On The Rocks had found it's home and it's Team.
Fair to say you cannot pinhole these gentlemen, they have produced artists from Kool Keith and Masta Killa all the way across the board to Keith Carlock and John Peel. One can only expect from these three producers and musicians, many amazing records, legendary stories and world domination. Already cohabitating inWilliamsburg Brooklyn, they await discovery and refuse to conform to anything they're not. With credits under their belts such as VH1 Save The Music to going on tour with Black-Sheep, these guys are well on their way to major stardom. You can bet your life that when that day arrives- they will be ready, willing and able to not only crash your hotel room, but show the world what it means to be Jonny On The Rocks.

To be eligible for the FREE competition, all you have to do is listen to all of our songs on our playlist -- there are only 13 of them and they're all only 30 second clips (so it won't take long... approximately 6 minutes and 30 seconds) -- then trig them all while you listen to 'em and head over to our gallery. The next step is to pick one picture to comment, comment it and trig it. And finally, the last step is to comment us with the link to your picture comment along with the name of your favorite 30 second clip on our playlist. That's it!
