What I've Heard: Fate (newest release as of today, March 29, 2008)
What I Think: Really a wonderful band. A unique style can be heard throughout the album, but "Corruption" really threw me the first time I heard it. Almost to the point where I didn't like it, but once I understood how the beat had shifted it all came back together, for what I would call a bold move on their part! My favorite tracks include Corruption, Falling, Forever Lost, Ten, and Fate. Their guitarist does a great job on most of the solos and keeps fairly well with the sound you might want to hear. Their vocalist, Vonnie King, has a beautiful voice that exceeded my expectations from a female vocalist in this genre. You can give the full album a listen on their site, or just listen to a few tracks on their myspace.
