One of my favorite public stalls is at the 35er.  I really do quite enjoy my time in there, when I have to go... you know.  But it occured to me that I probably should not be using it because it is the disabled stall.  Part of why I like it is because it is HUGE, it's like your own room.  I could put a small bed in there if I wanted to.  I could turn the corner into a breakfast nook, perhaps.  And don't even get me started on the wall space.  Anyway, that toilet is always clean and always empty.... am I the only one who runs for/waits for the handicap stall to open up?  And do handicap people ever need to go in there.  Because occasionally I spend some time in the stall.  Gathering my thoughts before rejoining whatever crew I might be a part of that evening.  It takes time.  What if someone came in and needed it?  Is that the idea?  That someone might need the handicap stall and I'd be in there, hanging out, enjoying my small room, they'd be peeing their pants in the bathroom "lobby"?!  What a horrific thing to be responsible for.  I think I probably will not stop using the handicap stall at the 35er but I definitely will do a handicap headcount before retreating away into my five star resort.
