Hey Folks!! BIG NEWS!!

Do you want more rock? We´ve uploaded our latest single "Proof of Honesty" to our player here on TRIG.com!

This baby was released this week on the Swedish major rock radio Bandit Rock 106,3! and will be one of the songs from our upcoming second full lenght album "M O R E I S M O" Release date: Autumn 2008!!

RECORDING OF THE NEW ALBUM
The recording of the second M I D D L E A G E album is running sweet. 3 songs are done and you can now find some cool pictures from our 1st studio session at "Bohus Sound" (www.bohussound.com) in Gothenborg in the MEDIA section. Video clips from the studio will be uploaded asap and don´t forget to read/follow our studio blogs here: www.myspace.com/middleage

There will be 11 new songs on the album. Mr Tobias Lindell (www.tobiaslindell.com) who produced the Swedish Grammy Award winners Mustasch (www.mustasch.net) 2 latest albums is the man behind the sound this time. Vocal producer will be Philip Jurdell who produced our debut album "Different View" . It sounds awesome so far. M I D D L E A G E are looking forward to release the new album.

MANAGEMENT
M I D D L E A G E and Ayam Management (www.ayammanagement.com) join forces. The band is looking forward to work with Ayam Management. More rock to the people!!!

Hello Rockers out there!!

The M I D D L E A G E Trig page has been updated with a new video on the profile and new pictures!
The new single will be released very very soon! It sounds great so far. The new official M I D D L E A G E website and Myspace site is almost done and in progress.. There will be a lot of cool features on these sites. So stay tuned!

ROCK ON all our cool trigger friends!

We have decided that M I D D L E A G E from now on and further will post all the newest shit about the band right here on trig.com!
This site rules and it´s awesome to get this great respond from all you cool people out there! We can´t wait to meet you all on the upcoming tour!

So first of all, thank you all of you who have been visiting the M I D D L E A G E trig page and listening / trigged the music. You ALL ROCK!!!
As you all might know we released our debut album "Different View" here in Sweden this year and we´ve got so great reviews and stuff for this album. The album is available to buy on iTunes and many more music stores, just search for MIDDLEAGE!

Studio news: We have been in the studio this month to record a new flagship M I D D L E A G E single. This will be the single we´ll release worldwide. The studio session is done and it´s only the mix / mastering left. The producers have started and we can´t wait to hear the result. When it´s done, we´ll have big plans making a video for it and of course release it here on Trig.com for you, OUR AWESOME FRIENDS! If you like the music we have up now ýou´ll def love the new song.

Rock on all triggers out there!

Alright, many of us have been on different concerts, some have been good,some bad, some totally awesome! so this blog is dedicated to all these concerts. Memories of great concerts!

Which is your best concert you´ve been to so far??
Here´s my top 3:

1.METALLICA - Stockholm Stadium 2007 / July 12
This was simply magic, HIM was opener this night (they were way better on the hultsfredfestival 2006). This awesome night METALLICA played all their major hits
and some cool songs like "orion". Also: A cool bass solo with trujillo playing the bass like a freaking bongo drum in the middle of the concert. It seemed like the old rockers never wanted to leave the stage. They played in 2h and 45 minutes. The 30 000 in the crowd sang every word of the songs. They went off stage and returned 3 times. The show got 5/5 reviews from every newspaper in town next day. Awesome concert and a great memory.

2.IRON MAIDEN - Stockholm Stadium 2003 / June 28
Def one of my favorite concerts, Maiden played all their hits and the Swedish maiden fans were crazy!!. What a sing a long night. I also saw them live in "the globe" here in Stockholm 2006 (when they almost only played the songs from their new album), but the stadium concert were way better. 30 000+ in the audience. Great memory.

3.MOTLEY CRUE - Stockholm Globe 2007 / June 5
The old legendaries returned to Sweden. This was pretty awesome. Great show in the globe with song like "Kickstart my heart", "Shout at the devil, "Dr Feelgood".. great pyrotechnics's and Tommy Lee gave the audience Jaegermeisters in the middle of the concert. damn cool. Also: The opener this night was one of my favorite bands: Papa Roach. This night was magic!

Finally: the newest review from the big UK, Rock/METAL magazine PowerPlay on the "Different View" album (Read it in the latest PowerPlay magazine):

MIDDLEAGE
"Different View"
Genre: HeavyRock/Metal
Hot Wheel Records

This is a great debut album from Stockholm based
rockers MIDDLEAGE, once again proving the quality
of music coming out of Sweden right now. With a blend
of early Linkin Park, a hint of HIM and a dash from
Godsmack this is tightly packaged in an album that took
just five days to record and mix, although that certainly
doesn´t show on listening to the album.

Opener "Rewind" is an instant winner as it grabs you by
the ears, with distorted guitars leading into the excellent
clean and scream vocal mix. and is a great standout track.
That can sometimes lead to disappointment further into
an album, but not in this case. The track "Different View" has
a great drum opening and pounding bassline.
"Separated" is bound to be a great live track, as is "Open me"
intensely moody with a catchy chorus. which gets you singing
along from first listen.

There´s a mildly confusing unlisted 30 seconds of vocals between
that and the next track, the angst driven "Not Afraid",
which has an almost progressive feel to it at times. Next up is
another standout track "Fire" with some finely picked guitar
work opening it and soaring clean vocals. I could easily see
this one making some good radio airtime.

"Hungry Needs" picks the pace up again before slow closer
"Someone to reach for" A Fine rock ballad with superb
instrumental breaks in it.

Although a relatively short album, what they have laid down here
is more than worth listening to, perhaps showing they´re not
prepared to just record anything to make up the time on the album
It´s about time more Debuts had this kind of class as "Different View"
is a gritty and mature offering, which speaks of great things to come.
