MNG Management

MNG Management all began in early 2006 by Mike Gargano and Flavia Canel.

Mike worked in the music industry for over 20 years starting out with childhood friends Biohazard in the mid 1980’s in the back of a van touring the USA without a care in the world.

Over a short period of time Mike was quickly advancing and taking on more important responsibilities such as guitar teching, lighting and production, stage managing and finally tour managing for many years to come.

Throughout  the next 15 years Mike continued to tour worldwide until he decided to move on to the next level and start MNG Management with Flavia based out of Stockholm, Sweden.

Flavia Canel completes MNG Management with her unique insight of the music industry. She’s been an active musician since the age of 16, while mostly known for her success in Drain STH and sharing the stage with acts such as Pantera, Ozzy Osbourne, Motley Crue, Marilyn Manson, Creed, Black Sabbath etc. She has a understanding for the artists needs and relates to their goals and hunger for success.
