Long time..

... no nothing.

So I saw Queens of the Stone Age the 25th of February, and that was just crazy. Got to meet Josh Homme, which was mental. They also played First It Giveth, which is when I was completely hypnotized and forgot the elbows that made it impossible for me to breath.

I thought that was the best day of my life, even if their performance wasn't the best. Still.. Meeting Josh AND First It Giveth? Dude.
Buut, then came March 1, and I went to see Dillinger Escape Plan by myself. I have NEVER, EVER, seen such a performance. I didn't know whether to piss myself or.. GAAH, it was wild. Got to scream a bit in the mic with Greg Puciato.
As if that's not enough.. I got backstage, and DEP consists of possibly the nicest guys ever. The people there were all really nice to me (I felt so tiny though, haha, I was the youngest there), and I really enjoyed it. So THAT was the best day of my life, and still is.

Did see Raised Fist the 1st of April, which was a blast, and nearly as good as DEP on stage. They played some of my favourite songs, and I had a great time.

So that's my year so far. I've arranged a show for the 27th of May at Kafé 44 in Stockholm, with Kingdom (us), Anchor (swe) and Set the Alarm (swe).
Make sure to tell everyone about it.

Yep. xx

Muse

Muse were fucking ace. Most amazing gig ever. I got Bellamy's setlist, had a really long chat with Tom Kirk (their manager). My ribs feel broken, because I was standing at the barrier. I hadn't eaten anything (and didn't eat until the next day by lunch), and I still feel fucking knackered.

It was so worth it.
So far so good..

Okay. This year has been MENTAL. In all senses. But there have been some good too. For instance, I've seen Nine Inch Nails twice, which was fucking brilliant.
I'm seeing Muse in a month. Also, I'm going to see Sinking Ships on Thursday, which'll be awesome.
BUT, I've also missed Hatebreed, Raised Fist, Meshuggah, Ill Niño, Suicidal Tendencies, Lamb of God, Converge, Bane, and many more. Which makes me a bit sad. Some other time then.

Anyway. Going back to school was alright. All hyped up about univeristy-applications. Garr.
So... so far so good.
