New Ditty was formed in Plymouth Mass in the Summer of 2006 when Guitarist Jesse Murray and Drummer Vinnie Malaguti of the Band Geezerkill decided to join forces with Jesses younger Brothers Corey(Bass) and Taylor (Vocals). A few months later the band was lucky enough to add the Lord of Rock, Roll and Metal Rythym Guitar,Shawn (OHB) O'Kelly formerly of the Band Dinij and the 5 piece sound New Ditty was looking for was finalized.New Ditty has a Southern Hard rock/Metal sound that mixes the best of Southern Hard Rock and Metal.They have played some of the Major venues in the Boston area.Including The Middle-East,The Paradise Rock Club and The Palladium.They have also performed in great local Clubs and Halls such as the New Wave Cafe and The Beal house.Their first Studio recording -FULL FRONTAL- will be out in late 2007. They have a great following already and hope to play as many shows as possible and get their name out there as one of the best live shows around. We're new , We're different , Rock and Roll Soul ..
