Emerging from the wastelands of New York, better known as Rockland County, Pinion has quickly gained a reputation within the local heavy metal community as one of 2008’s premiere acts to follow. Since early 2007 this uncompromising & masterful line-up has been hard at work writing, recording, polishing and performing songs for their freshman release The “Rise from Nothing” E.P. Pinion’s sound blends chilling growls, serene vocal compositions intricate, shredding guitars and a ruthless rythematic assault that will either leave you lifeless on the mosh pit floor, or screaming after the show thirsting for more.
