Music is Art:

There are so many different styles of music. Or so you think? To us, there is only 3 styles. 1) Artistic 2) Talented 3) Suck. Now, number 3 is mostly opinionated, because many people use the word suck to describe a very good band that they do not like just because of there image, or certain topic they sing about, or their guitarist and drummer can be amazing shredders, but their lead singer sings like a little girly bitch etc... But, There are also bands that admit they suck as musicians but are really creative which would fall under the combined category of 1 & 3, these would be bands like Ramones, Sex Pistols, Misfits, etc.. so because of there creativity, that makes them really good musicians. But, any bands following in their foot steps or try to copy their style, officially lose their creativity, and just plain suck. Unless of course they are really good musicians, which fall under the catorgory of 2, these would be bands like Pennywise, H20, etc.. So, please, do not call us "Punk Rock", we love the bands that people labeled "Punk", and respect the pioneers of it, but we make our music to complex to be called "punk rock". We are original, and artistic. On the other hand, if you have to use your own labels, we might except titles such as, "Indie, Experimental", and so much as "progressive", and "political rock". And, please do not call us "Heavy Metal", or "Emo". Again, this does not mean we do not like what you would call "Heavy Metal" or "Emo", we heard some really talented musicians, from both parts of the modern music era. We do not want to knock any of these bands. There are to many so called music styles these days. This has got the young generation really confused. Back in our day, there was no such style of music called "Emo", until one day a very original so called "poppy punk" music style consisting of a few young men complaining about their relationship ship problems came into the scene called MXPX. These guys were not all that great of musicians, but they were very tight, and original, then they had other followers to their sound like Blink 182, Good Charlotte, Thus starting the so called "emo" movement, and somehow Green Day got mixed into that whole scene as well when they started sounding very bouncy and trendy like. But, they were always bad musicians who knew how to write a catchy song. When the word "emo" came along, they moved over from the label called "grunge", and all the so called "alternative" bands became to mainstream to be called Alternative. If you ever heard anyone say Fugazi was the founders of ''Emo'', don't believe it, their lyrics are not emotional at all, and their music is to complex, and to artistic. They are more sophisticated than a lot of so called "metal bands". Bands like Anthrax, and Slayer are called by some "Speed Metal bands", but they are more what you might call "punk" than some of the slow boring shit that that people are calling "punk rock" these days, but Slayer and Anthrax are to talented to be called "punk". Bands like Puddle of Mud, and Nickelback are being played on whats called "Metal radio", and those guys have very emotional lyrics, and sound more like what is called "modern country rock". Bands these days that are being called 'Emo', sound nothing like Blink 182, or MXPX, and all their fans dress like what we used to call ''Goth'' back in the day. So the point of all this is, just be very careful what you label a band, or someone might get offended. Please correct us on any of this history if we are wrong.

I heard people say we sound like the Dead Milkmen? Dresden Dolls? and Offspring? yeah! I know, that does not make any sense, but if you listen close enough, you can hear a little bit of your favorite band. Or you can pay even closer attention to the parts you dislike the most, and say we sound like shit. It does not matter if you like it or not, as long as it gives you something to talk about to your friends.
