    well...I am not eating Taco Bell and not eating any American food at all these days..I rarely go to the supermkt and only buy food from the ld ladies in the market so its fresher,locally grown,then I just buy some tofu,rice,fish and for treats I have yoghurt and go eat Indian for super treats...Italian once a week for another treat but its all made from scratch with Okinawan products..it seems to make a difference...!
