Revelerz

Revelerz has been around since 1996 and had a switch of members during the early years. The earlier name of the band was 'Mostly' and the core members were Raz (drums), Salem (Guitars), Shaheen (Vocals) and Tazz (Bass).

The band performed live at various venues and worked on original material. While Salem went back to the USA to complete his education the band continued work with cousins Husein and Khalid to produce a garage album called 'Buried Alive' with quite an interesting collection of tracks, featured at mp3.com until recently.

Sarj joined as vocalist in 2001, and keyboardist Hasib joined in 2003. The band performed various gigs with the new line-up until 2005

Salem and Tazz started work on the current studio album early 2005. Raz, in Montreal worked alone developing drum patterns for the album at Solo Drums, and finally was first to record on the album at Paramedia Studios, downtown Montreal. Rest of the band recorded the album in Kuwait at Sarj’s Studio, and completed the project in July. The album was mastered at SoundLab, NJ USA.

Since November 2006, Revelerz has performed originals and cover tracks at live shows with the last appearance at Shaab Park in July 2007.
