oh t-mobile, i practically have your dialogue memorized. its sad.
it goes something along the lines of "thank you for calling t-mobile this is ____ how can i help you?"
you say your problem.
"well i can definitely see how frustrating that is for you and we're gonna do everything we can to fix that for you"
well you fucking better! i hate that particular part..is it necessary? no, so dont say it and just get on with the troubleshooting so i can go back to my day please.
i bring this up because i almost called them again today but i didnt really want to hear this crap again so i didnt. you can read whats wrong with my phone in my hiplog and its easily fixable, they probably wouldn't have been able to help me anyway so its just better this way i guess. i hate calling 1-800 numbers
