This is the shit!
Didn't now anything about it, but in my training subscription everything is included, among that Yoga. Spoke to the instructor when she was warming up last week, and she proposed I should try some time.
And so I did. And it was really nice. Not easy, you need to have quite some static strength, good balance and not be to "stiff" ;) And since the gym is located in the penthouse of Hilton, on the 20th floor, the panorama through the big windows are just wonderful, with the sun settling over Copenhagen...
Think I'll participate next week as well 
After yoga, a quick chit-chat with my instructor, and then a hot sauna, think it kept 85 degrees, Celsius, followed by a cold shower. Niiice!
