Since 2003 SELF INFLICTED has been unleashing it's heavy hardcore sound across the land. Formed by Criss Crass and Ross B ay in Victoria, B.C., Canada. Their first album"Truth In Eulogy" was released only a couple of months after the band was formed and sparked an impressive number of live shows throughout their local region. In 2004 Gino Trash,guitar player for Victoria punk heroes Alcoholic White Trash, joined as 2nd guitar thus strengthening SELF INFLICTED'S already heavy sound. In 2005 bassist Mike Brawler left the band and was replaced by Sarah Custeau. In mid 2008 during the early stages of recording their 2nd album, Sarah stepped down from the bass position, so subsequently Ross B ay played the bass tracks on the album. In Aug. Paul Ford was chosen as Sarah's replacement. SELF INFLICTED has a new album "If You've Got Nothing Nice To Say" out now!!!
