As most of you know, i am involved in a considerably burdensome legal struggle for some past actions of mine (see videos on front page).



I have recently plead guilty to one count of depredation of government property, and the plea bargain suggests to the judge that i receive two years probation and full restitution (totaling about $5,000).



The judge, however, does not have to abide by this suggestion, and made it clear in court that he feels as though probation is not enough for me due to "serious criminal intent" exhibited in my FBI file. He instructed me to come to my sentencing at the end of June "prepared to go to jail" despite the prosecutors plea suggestion.


He also stated that letters from the community and other things would be considered in decision making process

My call for aid is as follows:

For those who support me and/or who i have supported in the past, if you should desire to help keep me out of jail, something you could do to help would be to write a letter to the judge telling him why, or what about me you feel he should consider while making his decision.



If you would like to write a letter to support me and help me out, message me a typed copy, and after approval from my lawyer, i will respond with the address and judges name in the case so you may send the letter. Revisions may be requested, and i am 100% open to any further questions and comments regarding all of this. Ultimately, it will be my lawyer's judgment that will determine whether or not the letter should go to the judge.



If you are interested, here's some important criteria:

-no advocating property destruction or other criminal activity
-no advocating the alleged actions
-no mentioning other people by name allegedly involved in any criminal activity or any other alleged criminal acts

I am asking for letters of support that demonstrate positive ties and impact on people in the community and abroad. Feel free to articulate your standpoint on positions regarding the war, police, politics, etc, if it is relevant to my case or why i should not go to jail, but avoid extreme/provocative language. Feel free to mention any positive activities or effects you feel i have had on you or social aspects.




I apologize if this seems abrupt; it is very difficult for me to imagine another way to present this request in a way that would truly demonstrate how appreciative i will be of any responses. Since it's too hard to avoid sounding contrived in a preparatory thank you, i will resort to merely stating that my appreciation of your consideration will be immeasurable.

Uncle Scams is a Punk Rock influenced Hip-Hop artist who is facing the possibility of going to jail, but was given a the ultimatum of two years probation. As you can see above he needs your help, having gone through a similar situation i for one will be writing a letter or recommendation stating that probation is more then reasonable.
