Hey, so I own a company in South Africa called Missing Link. We kick out presentations for SA's top corporates, but we do it our way.
I think the line, "work hard then play hard" is a cop out - you should always be doing both. For that reason, we've never really bothered with a pension plan, we do however pay for all staff tattoos and piercings.
Oh, and I contribute to two blogs, Jo'blog, and "Hello_World"
