My name is Otis. I am 35 years old and was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. I have been Bombing (spray paint, not explosives) since 1984, and currently exist as a full time artist. Although I very rarely do illegal pieces these days, I still do most of my artwork with aerosoul.

After I sort of finished school, I formed a Hip-Hop duo with my best friend that lasted about eight years and produced two albums and a bunch of singles. Although we never acchieved much commercial sucess, it kept us in booze, weed and free clothes and allowed us to travel around New Zealand and Australia for much of our twenties.

This relationship evolved into an eight year stretch on Aucklands 95 BFM radio station, and onto the Breakfast show on BASE FM (www.basefm.co.nz) I ain't on the wireless any more, but check the station. It's DOPE.

THEN me and the same guy, Mark 'Rhythm Slave' Williams, wrote, produced, directed and hosted three series of 'MO SHOW' with our good friend and Cyber-Jedi, Sam Tozer. It was a low/no budget travel/magazine show that took us around the world and introduced a varied and amazing bunch of creative people to New Zealand TV. 

Now, with that incredible and varied fifteen years behind me, I paint....
