I'm open to additions, but my band has been joking for a while that there's a list of things no band should say from the stage any longer. Here are the top ones so far:

• Any combination of "Make some noise" (make some f-ing noise, make MF-ing noise, etc)
• "This one is for the ladies" (since bands are generally in it for the girls, ALL the songs are for the ladies)
  
• "Hey, come up here around the stage" (that's just really desperate)
• "Don't forget to tip your bartenders and waitresses" (cover bands abuse this the most and the bartenders aren't promoting you, typically)
