Values in Action
Your company has values. Are you familiar with them? Where are they written down for all to see? When was the last time you took a look at them and really reflected on what they mean and how they play into your daily work? Now is a perfect time to reacquaint yourself with the values that are supposed to be binding you and all of your colleagues together as you reach your goals.
Dr. Andrew DiMeo reflects on lessons he's learned about values from his personal experiences. When an airplane pilot is getting ready for a flight, they perform the preflight checklist every time to ensure not a single important step is overlooked. Forming a habit of going through a list of quality and safety inspections prevents the chance for one simple mistake to become catastrophic. What if we all start treating our company values like a preflight checklist?

How do we ensure all of the great solutions get a fair shot at being received warmly? Explore how you can remove hints of bias from your delivery.

(Short for “Dual-rotor embedded multilink Robot with the Ability of multi-deGree-of-freedom aerial transformatiON.) That's a mouthful, we know, but this thing really has to be seen to be believed. Check out the video of it navigating an obstacle.
Until next time,
